TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prior to scheduling a consultation, we kindly request that you thoroughly review the following Terms and Conditions.

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

Patients must arrive on time for appointments. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling, shortened treatment times or cancellation.

If you are running late please contact us by phone as soon as possible. For cancellation policy, please see below.

  • We implement a consultation fee to acknowledge our experienced clinician’s valuable advice and expertise offered during the consultation. Rest assured this fee contributes towards any treatments you opt for in the future.

If you do choose to go with another clinic, we would strongly encourage you to avoid clinics that offer free consultations, as it raises concerns about the clinician's commitment to their profession and the quality of their services.

  • To secure your booking, a consultation fee of £100 must be paid in advance of the consultation.

Additionally, on the day of the consultation, the remaining balance of the treatment plan fee must be settled prior to the commencement of the treatment.

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic transfer.

  • Please note that refunds aren't available for the consultation fee. Please see cancellation policies. If you happen to miss your consultation, unfortunately, we won't be able to refund the fee.

While we're confident you'll be delighted with our care, we cannot guarantee that it will meet your expectations. Once treatment is administered, no refunds can be provided.

  • Patients must provide at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling, but this cannot be guaranteed and you may still be charged.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments without notice

  • While we strive to achieve the best possible results, individual responses to treatments may vary.

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes and do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with treatment results.

  • Patients are responsible for providing accurate medical history and information about any allergies or medical conditions.

Patients must follow pre and post-treatment instructions provided by the clinic for optimal results and safety.

  • Using anti-wrinkle treatments (like Botox) and dermal fillers during pregnancy poses several risks:

    1. Lack of Safety Data: There is insufficient research on the effects of these treatments on pregnant women and their fetuses, leading to unknown potential risks.

    2. Possible Side Effects: The active ingredients could potentially affect fetal development or cause adverse maternal reactions.

    3. Immune Response: Pregnancy alters the immune system, possibly increasing the risk of allergic reactions or complications from the treatments.

    4. Ethical Considerations: Many healthcare providers advise against elective cosmetic procedures during pregnancy to prioritise maternal and foetal health.

If a patient does not disclose their pregnancy status, they assume the risks, and Kai Clinic will not be held responsible.

  • Using anti-wrinkle treatments (like Botox) and dermal fillers while breastfeeding carries potential risks:

    1. Transfer to Breast Milk: There's a possibility, albeit low, that active ingredients could pass into breast milk and affect the baby.

    2. Lack of Research: There is limited research on the safety of these treatments during breastfeeding, leading to uncertain effects on infants.

    3. Adverse Reactions: The mother may experience side effects or complications that could impact breastfeeding.

    4. Professional Caution: Many healthcare providers recommend avoiding these treatments during breastfeeding to ensure infant safety.

If a patient does not disclose their breastfeeding status, they assume the risks, and Kai Clinic will not be held responsible.
